Thankfully, The Lighter Dark Project is a rather small production group. We have the 'Inner Circle' whom we have named 56 - consisting of The Director, Lead Animator, Head Technition, and Producer. Then we have the rest of the group - Animators, Concept Artists, Layout Designers, Thumbnailers, Storyboarders, Sculptors and Riggers.
The To Do List is somewhat abandoned by all but myself, only looked at during our meetings, but thankfully it means only I have to really be able to understand it, though some take interest and understand the general layout, adding their own notes and ideas. We covered a lot in our pre-production phase, changing the way key elements of our film worked, as well as tweaking the animatic to make a more concise and compelling short film of only 1.5 minutes long.
hopefully it will help aid those, who know people with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, really understand what, those who suffer with the ailments, are going through. Many of those in the group have gone through phases of one or both, some are still working through it, and we all agree, the film will be beautiful
